Application Overview

Prepare the Area

Ensure the perineal area is clean and dry. Gather the Tibbe device (ring + cup), collection tubing, and collection bag.

Apply the Adhesive Ring

Remove the backing and position the ring with the medical-grade adhesive on clean, dry skin. The ring should sit comfortably and form a secure seal.

Attach the Cup

Snap the cup into the ring. The 2-piece design allows removal of the cup for cleaning without disturbing the adhesive ring.

Connect Collection Tubing

Attach the tubing to the cup outlet and route to a standard collection bag at bed level or a leg bag for ambulatory use.

Monitor and Maintain

Wear time is typically 1.5–2 days. The cup can be removed between wears for personal hygiene. Replace the ring per product guidance or sooner if adhesion is compromised.
